two eggs one orange pepper some grated grana padano , sea salt, grated peppercorns $1.25 at dollar tree - NO cultures NO enzymes NO bacteria- one red oignon, milk,  one bosch pear, extra vee olive oil, italian artisanal  bread $ 3.00 about per medium loaf at North Shore Farms, and brooklyn light rye bread with - yes- oignons $5.00 a loaf at stop n shop. I think they.re adding hydrogenated now? 

Not to hydro the olive oil, saute.  at hi temp the vegs in a small amount of water until palatable, then add the oil. Saute. the oerl for less than ten minutes - after which it transfats - bad fer ya.

Remember: vegs first water saute.

then:

mix in bowl: grana, eggs and milk

then add with oil at hi temp and cook about five minutes - to FUCK over any added disease including botulism and salmonella.

mango smoothie- mango juice, seltzer and a desirable amount of fat free milque.
